Ty G. Bloomfield is a composer and curator whose works encompass themes of social dynamics and emulations of art while engaging audiences in immersive sound experiences through electric and virtuosic soundscapes and improvised-like melodies. The recipient of a 2025 Fromm Foundation Fellowship, his works have been presented at festivals and venues such as the Ear Taxi Composer Festival, the Composers Conference at the Avaloch Farm Music Institute, Lake George Music Festival, and the Dublin International Chamber Music Festival and has collaborated with artists such as the JACK Quartet, One Found Sound, Unheard-Of//Ensemble, and the Cincinnati Song Initiative.
